Hello Friends,
Its been a while since my last post. I guess that is what happens when you lose 50 pounds. Ya stay out all night partying!!! No, I have just been working really hard helping all of our patients with their dieting. Things are going well.
Megan and Han lost 16 and 15 pounds respectively after five weeks on the program and haven’t even started the hCG portion of our program yet. If they keep it up they may be our program record setters after the 12 weeks.
Jack lost 10 and Michele 4 and they too are starting their hCG this week. They will both see fantastic improvement over the next 4 weeks while on hCG.
Holly is leaving on her cruise 21 pounds lighter after 8 weeks with us. She just had her last mentoring session today and I believe she will be able to maintain her weight even while on the cruise because of what we teach.
We teach more than just hCG. If that’s all you want, good luck. Go get it somewhere else. It will help you lose weight, but you will gain it back. Your habits have to change. That is the most important part of the deal. hCG does not cause weight loss. It causes you to not feel so bad while on a very low calorie diet. Anybody who tells you differently is ill-informed or just lying to you. We help you make the hCG weight loss diet gains last forever. It just works.
Caryl and Bryan just finished their first week of the hCG and they are down 10 and 16 respectively.
Nicole lost 4 pounds the very first week, and even went on an all girl weekender!
Jode feeling fantastic due to our supplements.
I could go on, and on, and on, and on, but I gotta go help someone else change their life. If you are thinking about hCG as an aide to weight loss, get a personal transformation mentor. It really is the most sure way to make the improvement permanent.
I wish you good health and happiness.

It’s really quite exciting to here about all of the success stories with i-deal weight loss. It is literally transforming peoples lives from the inside out. This is powerful stuff in every way. There is nothing that brings more joy and satisfaction than seeing people learn how to take control of their lives and to know that we had a part in aiding them to achieve their goals.
Keep up the great work – all of you!

How much protein are you suppose to eat a day? Do you need the protein to help burn the stored fat?

You should only be consuming 100 grams, 3.5 oz, of protein for lunch and the same for dinner. You do not need to eat any protein to burn stored fat. You need the protein for the energy. Protein provides very slowing burning energy. It also requires more calories to digest it. Also very important, protein keep you from losing muscle mass while on the low calorie diet.
Remember protein only at lunch and dinner while on hCG.
Good luck,
Jason
